While it was cold outside on January 23rd, CNO was hopping at  the annual book and bake sale. Caramel rolls, sweet potato muffins, gluten free cherry bars, special k bars, two kinds of chocolate chip cookies, and gingerbread  blondies were devoured while people shopped for books, tapped their foot to music, made bookmarks or talked to their neighbors.  We raised over $1300!

Thank you to the volunteers who generously donated their time to sort hundreds of books, worked at the sale or baked yummy goods, including Jessica Hackner, Devin Tomczik, Kathleen Hoffer, Kathleen Lenk, Gwen McMahon, Deanna Olson, Lynn Richardson, Jane St Clare, Heidi Traore, and Cindy Butler. We were incredibly grateful our business sponsors of the event by donating money or providing gift certificates for the raffle. Those sponsors are Kabomelette, Moon Palace Books, Chatterbox, and Shear Arts Salon.
