Corcoran Rocks National Night Out

Despite a drought-ending deluge that dampened or delayed a few events, Minneapolis saw record-breaking turnouts for NNO block parties. Corcoran residents showed extraordinary enthusiasm, with nearly 80% participation by block. Don’t forget to send photos to The Corcoran News Editor for the September issue. Discouraged about turnout at your event? Chalk it up to the rain, and build on your efforts for the NNO 2007, on the first Tuesday in August. Finally, make sure Minneapolis’ bragging rights include your event. If you’ve yet to register your event with the City, August 9 is the deadline.
