CNO is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Our Board of Directors is comprised of neighborhood residents who are committed to CNO's mission and ongoing success.
The board establishes CNO's mission, policies, and strategic direction, and provides oversight of our finances and work in the community. The board consists of officers, the chair (or co-chair) of each standing CNO committee, and At-Large members. Officers and At-Large members are elected by the neighborhood and serve 2-year terms. Committee chairs are nominated by the committee and appointed by the board. The board appoints new members to fill the remaining term of vacant seats.
