America Recycles This Wednesday, November 15 Are you missing easy recycling opportunities in your home? Recycling conserves resources in a variety of ways. The more we recycle, the less garbage we put in our landfills and incineration plants. By reusing aluminum, paper, glass, plastics, and other materials, we can save production and energy costs, and reduce the negative impacts that the extraction and processing of virgin materials have on the environment. 'America Recycles Day' is this Wednesday, and the website offers useful information and a prize drawing. |
