EPA to Announce Expansion of Arsenic Cleanup The south Minneapolis arsenic cleanup that began three years ago is about to get much larger, Environmental Protection Agency representatives will tell residents at a public meeting on Tuesday, October 30, 7:00 pm at the Midtown YWCA, (2121 E. Lake St). Results of a recently completed health risk assessment will be shared, as well as plans for future residential cleanups which could include over 500 additional properties. |

Get Involved with Midtown Community Restorative Justice Take an active role in community crime prevention by getting involved with Midtown Community Restorative Justice. Wednesday, November 7 is another Diversion Night, which means three to four community members meet with a nonviolent offender to communicate about the effects of crime in the neighborhood.
