Market Opens Tuesdays, Advisory Committee to Meet

Twice weekly! The Midtown Farmers' Market is now open Tuesdays from 3:30 to 7:30 pm, in addition to Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Each month, a volunteer advisory committee of the Midtown Market meets at CNO (3451 Cedar Ave S). Everyone is invited to help plan the market by participating on the committee. The next meeting is this Wednesday, July 11 at 6:30 pm. The committee plans events, works with the media, does community outreach, raises funds, and helps to set policy and direction for the market. More hands are also needed for market day volunteer shifts -- to help with setup and tear down, and to talk to shoppers about upcoming events. Contact Market Manager Joanna Stone to learn more: 612-724-7457.
