New brochure promotes living in the Corcoran neighborhood

A new brochure created by the Corcoran Housing Committee aims to attract prospective residents and homebuyers to Corcoran and other neighborhoods in the larger Powderhorn Community of south Minneapolis. Download the brochure here, and share it (print it out or e-mail the pdf file) to every friend and realtor you know. The two-sided brochure prints on letter-size paper, and folds twice to become roughly 3-3/4" wide when folded. The back side is blank so that a business card, note, or mailing label can be added. Generous design assistance was provided by the Metropolitan Design Center at the University of Minnesota.
